Ingredientes:

  • 1 taza de hummus

  • 2 cucharadas de semillas de calabaza

  • ½ taza de ramas de apio

  • ½ taza de palitos de zanahoria

Preparación:

Pon las semillas de calabaza sobre el hummus y revuelve. Unta las ramitas de apio y las zanahorias en el hummus.
