  • 4 oz of warm cooked oatmeal  
  • 1 sliced apple  
  • 1 tbsp walnuts  
  • sprinkle of cinnamon  

Directions: 

In a bowl, add the oatmeal, apple, nuts, and top with cinnamon. Enjoy!
