The combo pairs two of our cardiovascular formulas: Circulación Plus, a beet extract powder that supports healthy blood pressure, nitric oxide production, and circulation, and Arroz de Levadura Roja (Red Yeast Rice), which provides monacolin K to help maintain cholesterol levels already within a normal range. Together, they support heart health from two different angles.

Yes — that's how the combo is meant to be used. Mix Circulación Plus into water once a day, and take Arroz de Levadura Roja capsules as directed on the label. There's no known interaction between the two. If you take medication for blood pressure or cholesterol, check with your doctor first (see question 5).

Circulación Plus comes with 30 servings — about a one-month supply at one serving per day. Arroz de Levadura Roja comes with 180 capsules — about a three-month supply at 2 capsules per day. Since they run out at different times, you'll likely need to reorder Circulación Plus sooner than the Arroz de Levadura Roja.

Yes, from the Arroz de Levadura Roja side of the combo. Circulación Plus does not contain monacolin K — its main active ingredient is beet extract.

Talk to your doctor before combining this combo with either type of medication. Circulación Plus supports nitric oxide production, which can lower blood pressure, so taking it alongside blood pressure medication may add to that effect. The monacolin K in Arroz de Levadura Roja works through a pathway similar to statins, so combining it with statin medication may increase the risk of side effects. Your doctor can tell you whether this combination is right for you.
