RETURN POLICY SANTO REMEDIO

We proudly stand behind the quality and efficacy of our products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Santo Remedio product for any reason, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How do I return products I have ordered?

Please follow the following steps to initiate your return:

STEP 1: Notify us of your return
Scan the QR code on the flyer or postcard enclosed in your shipment with your smartphone camera or QR code app—this will direct you immediately to our website and details for your return.

STEP 2: Enter your order number
Enter your order number and select the specific items you wish to return. You will receive a confirmation email titled “Return Label for Santo Remedio”

STEP 3: Get your shipping label
Click on the link in the return label email. Then follow the instructions to “Download Your Shipping Label – by clicking on the button and generating a custom label.

STEP 4: Ship your package
Print out your customized shipping label. Tape the label to the outside of the box or mailer we used to ship the product to you. Please attach the label exactly in the same spot as where the initial shipping label with your address is located. Place the package in your mailbox for the USPS to pick up, or drop it off at the nearest USPS location.

STEP 5: Wait for your refund
Once the returned products have been received and processed, your refund should appear within approximately 14 days after shipment.
