Refreshing Chia Cucumber
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons white wine or rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
On a plate, add the cucumber slices. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and vinegar. Mix well. Add the chia seeds on top to enjoy this refreshing snack!
