Grilled Chicken with Waldorf Salad

Pollo a la plancha con ensalada Waldorf


  • 6 oz chicken breast
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 5 cups green leaf lettuce
  • 1 pear sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion sliced
  • ¼ cup walnuts toasted


  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 ½ tablespoon pear cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste



Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic, and grill until chicken is cooked through.

In a smaller bowl, whisk honey, mustard, pear vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until blended. In a larger bowl, combine lettuce, pear, red onion, and walnuts and toss with some of the dressing. Arrange sliced chicken over lettuce mixture and drizzle with additional dressing.
