Ingredients
- 6 oz chicken cubes cooked on a skillet
- 6 grape tomatoes
- 4 cherry-size fresh mozzarella cheese balls
- 6 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 bamboo skewer sticks
Directions
Alternately thread 3 chicken cubes, 3 tomatoes, 2 cheese balls, and 3 basil leaves on each skewer stick. Whisk olive oil and vinegar in a bowl, then drizzle over kabobs. Done!
