Ingredients:
- 1 rice cakes
- ¼ cup cottage cheese
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped.
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Spread cottage cheese on rice cakes. Top with cucumber slices. Sprinkle with cilantro and salt and pepper to taste.
