Ingredients:
- 2 corn tortillas
- 1 slice of baby Swiss cheese
- Handful baby spinach
- Pinch of garlic powder
Directions:
In a medium skillet, warm corn tortillas. Place ½ of Swiss cheese slice on each warm tortilla so it melts. Fill each one with spinach and garlic powder, and close in half.
