Cheesy Turkey Avocado Toast

Tostada de aguacate, queso y pavo

Ingredients

  • 6 oz smoked deli turkey
  • 1 slice of Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 slices of Ezequiel bread (or whole-grain bread)
  • ½ avocado sliced

Directions

Toast bread for 3 minutes. Add a Swiss cheese slice. Layer with spinach, turkey, and avocado slices. Done!
