Warm Peaches & blueberry Crunch over Yogurt

Yogur con duraznos, arándanos y un toque crocante

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 peach sliced
  • ½ cup blueberry
  • 2 tablespoon oats
  • 2 tablespoon walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon brown sugar
  •  1/2 cup vanilla or Greek yogurt

 

Directions:

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add peach, blueberries, oats, cinnamon, vanilla, sugar and walnuts sauté until peaches and blueberries are warm.  Serve with Greek yogurt.
