Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 peach sliced
- ½ cup blueberry
- 2 tablespoon oats
- 2 tablespoon walnuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vanilla or Greek yogurt
Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add peach, blueberries, oats, cinnamon, vanilla, sugar and walnuts sauté until peaches and blueberries are warm. Serve with Greek yogurt.
