Detox Shake

Ingredients:

• ½ cucumber
• 1 stick celery
• 4 - 2-inch chunks of pineapple
• 8 ounces glass of water
• 1 lemon (all Juice from lemon squeezed)
• 1 tbsp honey or 1 tsp of stevia

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
