Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach
- ¼ cup pesto
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 4 ounces mozzarella sliced.
- ¼ cup basil
- 2 tomatoes sliced.
- 1 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
On a plate, spread pesto. Add Spinach, tomatoes, dill, and basil. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
