Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons red onion finely chopped
- 6 ounces salmon
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 4 black olives pitted
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 cups arugula
- ½ cup fresh strawberries sliced
- 2 tbsp of raw oats
- 2 tbsp of walnuts
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Directions.
Mix red onion, salmon, olives, spinach, arugula, strawberries, oats, walnuts and green beans. Combine olive oil and mustard and add to salad. Mix well.
