Pork Tenderloin Green Beans and Sweet potato

Habichuelas, cerdo y boniato


  • 6 ounces pork tenderloin 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning 
  • 1 dash salt 
  • 1 dash pepper 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 1 cup green beans 
  • 2 cups sweet potato chopped 
  • Sprinkle cinnamon  


Preheat oven 450 F 

Mix Italian seasoning, salt pepper, and garlic and sprinkle over pork, rubbing the seasoning in with your fingers. Add olive oil to skilled and place pork over, add sweet potatoes to the pan and bake 10 minutes. Flip pork over and continue baking 15 minutes. Serve pork, sweet potato and steamed green beans
