Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup mushrooms cut in slices
- ½ cup red onions
- 2 leeks chopped
- ½ tsp curcumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 multigrain whole wheat toast
Directions:
In a medium skillet, add olive oil and sauté all ingredients. Add egg and scramble. Serve with a multigrain whole grain toast.
