Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

Revoltillo de verduras con queso

Ingredients: 

  • 2 eggs  
  • 1 tbsp olive oil  
  • 1 garlic clove 
  • 1 cup mushrooms cut in slices 
  • ½ cup red onions 
  • 2 leeks chopped 
  • ½ tsp curcumin  
  • Salt and pepper to taste  
  • 1 multigrain whole wheat toast  

Directions:  

In a medium skillet, add olive oil and sauté all ingredients. Add egg and scramble. Serve with a multigrain whole grain toast.
