Ingredients:
- 5 lettuce leaves
- 4-6 oz of chicken cooked and shredded
- 1 carrot shredded
- 2 tbsp of red onions
- 2 leeks sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- I garlic glove minced
- 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
- 2 tbsp Thai peanut satay sauce
Directions:
In a medium skillet add oil, carrots, onions, leeks, garlic, and chicken and sauté. Once ready, add the chicken to the lettuce leaves and form a wrap. Top with peanut sauce and chopped cilantro and enjoy!
