Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 apple peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoon oats
- 2 tablespoon walnuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vanilla or Greek yogurt
Directions :
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add apples, oats, cinnamon, vanilla, sugar and walnuts sauté until apples are soft. Serve with Greek yogurt.
