Ingredients:
- 6 oz smoked salmon
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 2 sliced Ezequiel or multi-grain bread
- 1 tbsp avocado mayonnaise
- ½ avocado sliced
Directions:
Toast bread for 3 minutes. Spread avocado mayonnaise on toast. Layer with spinach, salmon, and avocado slices. Bon appetite!
