Ingredients:
- 6 ounces flank steak chopped
- 2 tbsp pico de gallo
- 1 red bell pepper finely sliced
- 1 red orange bell pepper finely sliced
- 1 red onion finely sliced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 leeks sliced
- 1 spinach tortilla
Preparation:
Heat pan over medium heat. Add flank steak and grill 2 minutes each side. Remove from the pan and add red and orange bell pepper and onions. Cook Until tender. Stir Frequently.
Assemble taco with steak, bell peppers, onions and pico de gallo.
