Ingredients:
- 1cup baby carrots
- 4 tbsp creamy cilantro dressing
Creamy Cilantro Dressing
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp pear vinegar
- 1 tsp minced scallions
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve 4 tbsp over broccoli florets. Save the rest in refrigerator.
