Grilled Chicken Sandwich

Sandwich de pollo a la parrilla


  • 1 slice of chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 slice of green bell pepper
  • 2 slices Ezekiel bread or pita
  • 1 tablespoon avocado mayonnaise
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • ¼ cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Toast the bread before spreading one slice with mayonnaise. Layer the tomato, green bell pepper, chicken and sprouts. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Sandwich the other toast on top and enjoy the grapes on the side. It’s time for lunch!
