ORDER PROCESSING

For Product orders received during business days, Santo Remedio will pack and ship orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on the same day, subject to successful credit card verification. Orders received after that time will be shipped the following business day. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Santo Remedio offers several shipping options through major carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. All orders will be shipped with a verified tracking number to allow online tracking. Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days within the continental United States from the time an order is placed.

Orders shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska should arrive within 1–2 weeks.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Santo Remedio offers several expedited shipping options. These options are available to customers through our checkout portal during the ordering process. Expedited orders are subject to the terms and conditions of the selected shipping service. Orders must be received before 2:00 PM Eastern Time to be shipped the same day. Orders placed during weekends or federal holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
