WILD SALMON WITH QUINOA & BROCCOLI

Salmón salvaje con arroz integral y brócoli

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz wild salmon
  • 1 cup broccoli, steamed
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 Tbs lemon
  • ½ cup quinoa or brown rice, prepared according to package
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and cook for 4 minutes each side until salmon is cooked through. Steam broccoli for 5 minutes. Serve salmon with quinoa and broccoli.
