Ingredients:
- 6 oz wild salmon
- 1 cup broccoli, steamed
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1 Tbs lemon
- ½ cup quinoa or brown rice, prepared according to package
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and cook for 4 minutes each side until salmon is cooked through. Steam broccoli for 5 minutes. Serve salmon with quinoa and broccoli.
