Ingredients:
- 4 ounces lean ground beef
- 2 cups red bell pepper sliced
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1 avocado diced
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp cilantro
Directions:
Heat skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and brown until cooked. Add bell pepper and continue cooking until the beef is cooked through and bell peppers are tender. Divide beef mixture among lettuce leaves and top with cheese, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro. Bon appetite!
