Burritos stuffed with tuna and guacamole

Burritos rellenos de atún y guacamole


  • 1 can of tuna
  • ½ avocado
  • Juice of ½ green lemon or lime
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ finely chopped shallot or shallot onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
  • ½ seeded jalapeño
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 2 large leaves of romaine lettuce (for wrapping)
  • Salt and pepper to taste



In a medium container add the tuna along with the avocado and mash them. Add the lime juice, cumin, garlic, jalapeño, shallot, cilantro, tomatoes and mix well. Add salt and pepper. Place the separated lettuce leaves on a surface. On top of these, put a layer of spinach and half of the mixture on each one. Fold the leaves like a donkey. Ready!
