Crispy Garlic Eggplant

  • ½ eggplant
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Thinly slice eggplant. Add slices to a bowl with water and salt. Wait 10min until water has risen out of the eggplant and with a paper towel, remove the water excess. Preheat the oven to 350F or use an air fryer. Season with garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Insert in the oven or air fryer for 10 min and enjoy.
