Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 apple, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vanilla or Greek yogurt
Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add apples, oats, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar and sauté until apples are soft. Serve with Greek yogurt. A delicious start to your day!
