Grilled Apples with Yogurt

Manzanas salteadas y yogur

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 apple, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or Greek yogurt

 

Directions:

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add apples, oats, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar and sauté until apples are soft. Serve with Greek yogurt. A delicious start to your day!
