Ingredients:
- 1 hardboiled egg without shell
- 1 slice whole grain / high fiber bread
- 2 slices of tomatoes
- 8-10 spinach leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Slice the hardboiled egg or mash it with a fork, whichever way you prefer. Place bread on a toaster. Then, add the egg on top along with the tomato slices and spinach. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy a beautiful start to your week!
