Corn Tortillas with Creamy Bean Dip

Tortillas de maíz con crema de frijoles

Ingredients:

  • 2 corn tortillas
  • ½ cup of red or black beans
  • 2 tbsp red onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of oregano
  • 4 tbsp chicken broth

Directions:

In a medium saucepan, sauté olive oil, onions, garlic, and oregano. In a blender, add beans, broth, and olive oil mixture. Blend until a mousse consistency. Enjoy!
