Ingredients:
- 6 oz of shrimp
- 2 garlic gloves minced
- ¼ cup red onion sliced
- 1 pear sliced
- ¼ cup roasted walnuts
- 5 cups leafy greens
Ingredients for Dressing:
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 ½ tbsp pear cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions for Dressing:
Mix all ingredients in a mason jar and set aside.
Directions:
In a bowl, add leafy greens, onions, and walnuts.
In a medium skillet, sauté shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic, and lastly pears just to coat with flavors.
Add the warm shrimp and pears to the bowl with leafy greens, onions, and walnuts.
Pour desired dressing and enjoy this scrumptious dish!
