Ingredients:
- 6 oz. chicken or ground turkey
- 2 large lettuce leaves
- 1/2 garlic clove minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- ½ tsp curcumin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup of tomato, red onion, cucumber, radish, and any other vegetables you like to use
- 1 slice of cheese
- 1 tsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp olive oil mayonnaise
- 1 sweet potato, cut in wedges and baked
Directions:
Season the burger meat with the minced garlic clove, salt, pepper, and curcumin. Form balls with the meat and smash to form burgers. Cook burger in a skillet and serve inside the two lettuce leaves. Add toppings and cheese. Enjoy!
