Ingredients
- 6 oz salmon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp scallions
- 2 leeks sliced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cups spaghetti squash
Directions
In a medium pan add olive oil, scallions, leeks, add spaghetti squash and cook. Set aside. Add salmon in the same pan, cook until desired warmth. Drizzle honey over salmon. Serve over spaghetti squash.
