Sautéed chicken in wine

Salteado de pollo al vino 


  • 6 ounces chicken fillet  
  • A pinch of sea salt  
  • A pinch of ground pepper  
  • 1 chive finely chopped 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion 
  • 3 tablespoons of sour orange  
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil  
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree  
  • 2 tablespoons of pepper puree  
  • ½ cup dry wine  
  • ½ cup prepared brown rice 
  • ½ cup cooked beans (whatever you prefer)  
  • 1 cup broccoli  


In a frying pan, add the olive oil and add the chicken with the rest of the ingredients. Salteah for a few minutes and then let the chicken cook well. Serve everything and savor it until the end.
