Caprese Salad with Spinach and Dill

Ensalada Caprese con eneldo y espinacas


  • 1 cup spinach
  • ¼ cup pesto
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 4 ounces mozzarella, sliced
  • ¼ cup basil
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Spread the pesto sauce on an empty plate. Add the spinach, tomatoes, dill, basil, and mozzarella cheese. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. If you like, you can add more pesto to decorate.
