Ingredients:
- 2 cups curly cabbage (kale), chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced into slices
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tomato, sliced sliced
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced sliced
- 1 radish, sliced sliced
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Put the curly cabbage in a bowl and soften the leaves a little wrinkle with your fingers. Add the avocado, tomato, radish, cucumber and almonds. Alline all with lemon, salt, pepper and olive oil. Voila! Delicious!
