Ingredients:
- 1 slice of chicken breast (fiambre)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 slice of green pepper
- 2 slices of high fiber bread (Ezekiel or similar)
- 1 tablespoon avocado mayonnaise
- 1 tomato, sliced sliced
- ¼ cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1/2 cup of grapes
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Put to toast the bread and then, unta one of the slices with mayonnaise. It layers the tomato, green pepper, chicken and sprouts. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Add the other toast on top and accompany your sandwich with the grapes. Start the day!
