Crispy Garlic Eggplant

Berenjena crujiente al ajillo


  • ½ eggplant
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Dry oregano



Thinly slice the eggplant and add to a bowl with water and salt. Wait 10min until water has risen out of the eggplant and with a paper towel remove water excess. Preheat the oven to 350F or use an air fryer for 10 minutes. Season with garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
