Ingredients:
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ cup pineapple, chopped
- 1 peach cut into slices
- 1 tsp chopped mint or basil
Directions
In a medium skillet, add olive oil and cook egg whites. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Add fresh pineapple and peach slices on top. Drizzle with honey and garnish with mint or basil.
