Ingredients
- 1 can (or 4.5 ounces) of white tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- Lettuce or spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp relish
- 2 tbsp of leeks chopped
- 2 tbsp yellow bell pepper chopped
Directions
In a large bowl, combine tuna with olive oil mayonnaise and relish. Place lettuce or spinach leaves on a plate and add the tuna mixture. Add tomatoes and leeks on top. Bon appetite!
