Ingredients:
- 1 red apple
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1/4 cup raw oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Directions:
Slice apples into small pieces and add to a saucepan along with cinnamon and nutmeg in medium heat. When apples are bland, add oatmeal, maple syrup, and almond milk. Cook for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy warm!
