Ingredients
- 1 red apple cut into small cubes
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1/4 cup raw oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Directions
Add apples to a saucepan on medium heat. Add cinnamon and nutmeg. When apples are bland, add oatmeal, maple syrup, and almond or oat milk. Mix well and let boil for a few minutes. Enjoy!
