Ingredients:
- 6 oz of chicken breast cooked and sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp all spice
- ½ cup raisins
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 tbsp red onions
- 2 leeks sliced
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 1 cup cooked farro
- 1 cup broccoli florets
Directions:
In a medium skillet, sauté all ingredients except farro, broth, chicken, and walnuts. In a separate bowl, add cooked farro and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Serve chicken over farrow and broccoli. Garnish with walnuts. Bon appetite!
