Spiced Farrow with Curry Chicken Bowl 

Bol de pollo y farro al curry

Ingredients: 

  • 6 oz of chicken breast cooked and sliced   
  • 1 cup chicken broth   
  • ½ tsp curry powder   
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon  
  • ½ tsp all spice  
  • ½ cup raisins  
  • 1 tbsp olive oil   
  • 1 garlic clove minced   
  • 2 tbsp red onions   
  • 2 leeks sliced   
  • 2 tbsp walnuts   
  • 1 cup cooked farro   
  • 1 cup broccoli florets    

Directions: 

In a medium skillet, sauté all ingredients except farro, broth, chicken, and walnuts. In a separate bowl, add cooked farro and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Serve chicken over farrow and broccoli. Garnish with walnuts. Bon appetite!
