Ingredients
4 big shrimp
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp olive oil butter
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 leeks cut in slices
- 2 tbsp red onion chopped
- ½ green bell pepper chopped
- ½ tsp of turmeric powder (you can use Santo Remedio’s turmeric capsules)
- 2 tsp cilantro chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Cinnamon powder
- 1 sweet potato
Directions:
Cut the sweet potato in half and place in the oven with a teaspoon of olive oil butter and a pinch of cinnamon. Separately, fry the shrimp with garlic, olive oil, onion, leeks, pepper, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Decorate with chopped cilantro. Serve them over a salad of spinach or lettuce, tomato, and onion, along with the sweet potato.
