Sauteed Shrimp with Baked Sweet Potato

4 big shrimp  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil  
  • 1 tsp olive oil butter 
  • 1 garlic clove 
  • 2 leeks cut in slices 
  • 2 tbsp red onion chopped  
  • ½ green bell pepper chopped  
  • ½ tsp of turmeric powder (you can use Santo Remedio’s turmeric capsules) 
  • 2 tsp cilantro chopped  
  • Salt and pepper 
  • Cinnamon powder 
  • 1 sweet potato 


Cut the sweet potato in half and place in the oven with a teaspoon of olive oil butter and a pinch of cinnamon. Separately, fry the shrimp with garlic, olive oil, onion, leeks, pepper, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Decorate with chopped cilantro. Serve them over a salad of spinach or lettuce, tomato, and onion, along with the sweet potato.
