  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  • 1 clove garlic 
  • 1 cup sliced ​​mushrooms 
  • ½ cup red onions 
  • 2 leeks chopped 
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • 1 whole grain multigrain toast
