Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- ½ cup red onions
- 2 leeks chopped
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 whole grain multigrain toast
Preparation:
In a medium skillet, add the olive oil and sauté all the ingredients. Add the eggs and stir well. Serve it on whole grain multigrain toast.
