Pork frosted with bittersweet sauce

Cerdo glaseado con salsa agridulce



  • 8 ounces of pork loin 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  • 2 garlic cloves 
  • 1 red onion 
  • 2 sliced sliced leeks 
  • 1 cebollin cut into thin slices 
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary 
  • ½ cup damask jam 
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest 
  • 7 tablespoons lemon juice 
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard 
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary 
  • 2 big heartless apples, sliced sliced 
  • 2 cups mixed salad 


In a medium pan, add the oil, onion, leeks, chives, garlic, damask jam, rallation and lemon juice, rosemary and Dijon mustard. Saltea and add sliced apples and pork. Cooks well and serves in a covered bowl of salad mixed. Delicious!
