Spicy fish and mint sauce

Pescado especiado y salsa mentosa


  • 6 ounces of grouper or other white fish 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1 red onion, chopped 
  • 2 leeks cut into slices 
  • 1 lemon 
  • Salt and pepper 
  • 1 head of broccoli cutto in small flowers 
  • Yogurt dressing: 
    • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt 
    • ¼ cup fresh mint, chopped 
    • ¼ cup seeded cucumber, cut into pieces 


In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil, onion, leeks and garlic. Sauté. Add the fish and cook well. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Add the broccoli and cook until bright green. Blend all the yogurt dressing ingredients in a blender and then pour it over the fish. Serve and enjoy immediately!
