Scramble with spinach

Revoltillo con espinacas


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  • ½ cup chopped onion 
  • 2 cups of spinach leaves 
  • 1 pinch of salt 
  • 1 egg 


in a panandn, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, half of the spinach, salt and cook everything until the leaves soften. Move the vegetables to one side of the pan.andn and cook the egg. Serve on a plate, along with the rest of the fresh spinach. ¡Exquisite!
