Tazón vegano


  • ½ can of black escreen beans 
  • ½ cup of edamames (soy beans) 
  • 1 cup of wild or cooked brown rice 
  • ½ avocado Hass 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion 
  • 2 sliced baits 
  • 2 sliced leeks 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  • 1 tablespoon of Aminos (substitute for soy sauce) 
  • ¼ cup crushed nuts 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander to decorate 
  • Salt and pepper 


In a medium frying pan, skip all the ingredients in olive oil, except rice and avocado. It serves the rice already cooked in a bowl and adds the mixture of sautéed ingredients on top. Put a layer of avocado to one side and decorate with coriander. Your dinner is ready!
