Ingredients:
- ½ can of black escreen beans
- ½ cup of edamames (soy beans)
- 1 cup of wild or cooked brown rice
- ½ avocado Hass
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 2 sliced baits
- 2 sliced leeks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of Aminos (substitute for soy sauce)
- ¼ cup crushed nuts
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander to decorate
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
In a medium frying pan, skip all the ingredients in olive oil, except rice and avocado. It serves the rice already cooked in a bowl and adds the mixture of sautéed ingredients on top. Put a layer of avocado to one side and decorate with coriander. Your dinner is ready!
