Roasted with egg cream

Tostada con crema de huevo


  • 1 boiled egg 
  • 1 tablespoon avocado mayonnaise 
  • 1 tablespoon pickle sauce or other pickled vegetable (relish)  
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • 1 multi-grain brown toast 


Allow to cool the boiled egg and remove the shell. Crush with a fork or ponlo on a processor with mayonnaise, the sauce, salt and pepper. Put the cream you get on the toast. Quick and delicious!
