Ingredients:
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 tablespoon avocado mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon pickle sauce or other pickled vegetable (relish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 multi-grain brown toast
Preparation:
Allow to cool the boiled egg and remove the shell. Crush with a fork or ponlo on a processor with mayonnaise, the sauce, salt and pepper. Put the cream you get on the toast. Quick and delicious!
